2. Delivery Time

• Local deliveries: estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays or courier delays.

Tip: If you need your tabarruk sets for a specific date (such as a return from Hajj or Umrah), please place your order early to allow enough time for preparation and delivery.

3. Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched.
• Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. In case of a wrong address or an unclaimed parcel, additional charges may apply for reshipment.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
